How will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be available for pickup at your theatre's box office. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure you have selected the correct theatre, date and showtime before making your purchase.

We have a day care or large group. How do I get tickets?
Please contact your theatre directly to set up your ticket order for day cares or large groups. There are special separate showtimes scheduled for day cares. There is a limit of 10 tickets per order for online purchases.

What about popcorn and drinks?
We offer a $4 KIDS COMBO (small drink and small popcorn, tax included) that is only available at the Summer Kids Series showings.

What if I don't buy a season ticket?
Single admission tickets are available at the box office for $3 when additional seating is available.

What if I can't make it? Can I switch times?
Switching days and times are permitted when seats are available. Please arrive early so we may best assist you.

Do parents need tickets? Do infants need tickets?
All persons occupying a seat require a ticket. Infants sitting in a parent’s lap do not need a ticket.

Can adults buy tickets?
Yes. All adults must be accompanied by a child.

What if I lose my ticket?
Lost tickets cannot be replaced. We suggest cutting off the showtime each week and leaving the rest of your season ticket at home.

What are the Mystery Movies?
Mystery Movie titles will be revealed at WyoMovies.com the week before the date of show.
